Colonial Mudroom (Wilbur Revitalization)

The historic Wilbur Chocolate building in Lititz underwent a major revitalization project starting in 2018. Part of that project included developing a number of condo units. Jim Martin Design was hired by the owners of one of those condo units to design a mudroom area that makes a distinctive impression on visitors as they enter the condo. Creative collaboration with the owners brought their vision into reality.
